Getting Started in Running is a 10 week program designed for the person just starting out in running. We will train Jeff Galloway’s run/ walk method with walk breaks every run segment. In just 10 weeks you’ll be able to run/ walk 5 miles.
Give us 2 hours a week and we can change how you view running forever. Class in Georgetown is Sunday mornings at 7 AM.
